As far as possible vegetables and fruit are sourced from adjacent counties. In season nearby Rectory Farm supplies asparagus, various soft fruit and a selection of green vegetables. Other local products include apple juice, free-range eggs, and honey from Watlington itself.

We sell our own free-range pork and properly hung beef, born and bred on the farm in Britwell. Our lamb is from neighbouring villages, our chicken from Tring. Bread, cakes, milk and beer are all locally produced, and we stock other goods from small local producers - even walking sticks.
